1975 Porsche 911 Targa. . This is a somewhat scruffy but solid 75 that would make an excellent restoration project. This Targa was a high mountain car and is extremely solid with almost no rust. The suspension pan and floors are perfect, there is a small hole in the door jamb that is pretty typical of this era of 911. With the early cars commanding big prices these are a reasonable way to get into a vintage “chrome trim” 911. This car runs and drives pretty well but was sitting for awhile before we took possession, it would benefit from clean fuel and a tune up. I don’t think it would take too much more than an afternoon to make this a solid but cosmetically deficient driver. This 911 was delivered from the factory in Salmon Metallic (036) the new owner will undoubtedly want to refinish the car in this color when it goes in for paint.
