1973 911T non-sunroof coupe, rolling chassis, 930 turbo bodywork included. Car was converted to a short hood by previous owner. All VIN tags and last known registration included. This chassis is not currently registered – I have the CA pink slip dated 1999.
Car has steering and suspension still attached – it rolls.
Factory turbo rockers with rubber molding, front fenders are rust free with turbo flares attached and bodywork done, engine lid is factory turbo with solid high quality fiberglass tail. Hood is a factory steel short hood.
Car is mostly rust free – except the rear parcel shelf and rear seats need total replacement or patching. Floor pan appears rust free, some damage at pedal cluster attachment. Roof and areas around windows, and cowl section all are solid. All the rust damage appears to be confined to the rear shelf and seat areas, typical of these cars.
Chassis needs repair from impact just behind driver seat at pillar. These photos show the bodywork attached with a few sheet metal screws. Rear quarter panels were removed for replacement because they were poorly fitted with SC flares at some point.
All the steel panels are available from Dansk and Restoration Design now to restore this car back to original long hood configuration or it could remain a 1974 on configuration. This car is a rare candidate for restoration.
The chassis has been soda media blasted and protected with Gibbs oil for transportation.
